JAMMU, Nov 3: A team of doctors from Government Medical College here today examined all the inmates in Home for Mentally Retarded Children at Channi Rama.
The team of doctors observed iron and calcium deficiencies in most of the children besides some cases of expected Thyroid.
The team recommended some pathological tests in a few cases.
The team of doctors included Dr. Rakesh Banal, Dr. Mohi Kalsotra, Dr. Tania, Dr. Vinod Dhar and Dr. Shelly Mahajan.
Dinesh Gupta, Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu informed that on the advice of Ramesh Kumar, DC Jammu the profile of each and every inmate of the Home is being prepared and all the inmates will be given the best possible medical treatment besides special attention to see their comforts as they are the special children of God.
