SRINAGAR, Aug 20: On the instructions of Governor N.N. Vohra, the Medical Aid Committee met under the chairmanship of Navin K. Choudhary, Principal Secretary Finance Department, and sanctioned Rs 32.36 lakh to aid 188 patients.
