JAMMU, Nov 29: School of Business, Faculty of Management, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, has got its Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Program accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, that accredits Management institutions across India.
The NBA expert team, consisting of expert academicians from across the country recently visited the School of Business and evaluated the 2-year full time MBA programme of School of Business on various parameters which includes infrastructure, placement of students, industrial exposure, profile of faculty members, national and international exposure of the students, research output and facilities, course curriculum, extracurricular engagements, social interactions etc.
Based on the evaluation report submitted by the NBA accreditation team, the MBA programme of School of Business has been accredited by NBA. Now School of Business, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University is the first and only institution in the State of J&K that offers NBA accredited MBA programme.
The accreditation shall further help the students in their career as it is one of the certification of quality procedures and practices followed by the institution. It is a value addition to the degree at national and international level. It would also help the institution in attracting the best of the talent and support at national and international level.
