SAMBA, Mar 15: State president BJP SC Morcha and MLA Samba Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal today distributed tents(sleeping bags) and Water Proof Tarpal to Bakerwals at Samba.
Around 50 people including ladies and gents were benefitted. They thanked Dr. Manyal for fulfilling their genuine demand.
While addressing MLA said that Bakerwal community is most neglected by previous Government. These people voted and elected their representatives but after getting their votes they never visited these areas again. Manyal further said that he visited every nook and corner of Samba Constituency and doing whatever is possible for the betterment of people.
Ten families were given sleeping bags also. These people shift to Patnitop and Kashmir region during Summer along with their animals. They require these tarpals and sleeping bags in the way and the place where they stay temporarily till onset of Winter.
Earlier Dr. Manyal chaired Working Committee meeting organised by BJP Mandal Samba.
Other presents on the occasion were Amar Singh,Binny, Vicka, Mukhtiyar, Padha and officers of Sheep Husbandry Department.
