JAMMU, July 12: Senior leader Bhartiya Janta Party and Member Parliament, Shamsher Singh Manhas honoured the medal winners of the 6th Thang-Ta Federation Cup National Championship 2017, which was held at Agra in Uttar Pradesh, recently.
Among around 400 players from across the country, four players from Jammu District of the State of Jammu and Kashmir won 2 gold, one silver and one bronze medals.
Gourav Sharma and Neera Sharma clinched gold, while Nihal and Manju Devi claimed silver and bronze medals respectively.
These medal winners were coached and trained by NIS Coach, Jatinder Kumar.
General Secretary of the Association, Rakesh Kumar was present on the occasion.
