KATHUA, July 5: State BJP, vice president, Yudhvir Sethi today said all the local units of party including those at Mandal or district level draw strength from party cadres including Karyakartas at grass root level and local leaders who ensure that the programmes and policies of party reach every nook and corner of the State.
Successive victories of BJP in all other states were also due to these Karyakartas who had been working relentlessly to strengthen party and disseminate party’s ideologies amongst the masses.
Yudhvir Sethi was addressing a gathering of party workers and leaders at booth level in Hiranagar today as part of mass contact programme aimed at preparing for next Lok Sabha polls along with district president, Prem Nath Dogra, Vistarak, Inderjeet and Mandal pradhan, Bhanu Pratap Gupta.
Referring to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme being broadcast on radio, Yudhvir Sethi urged party workers to listen to it without a miss as it touches many subjects of vital importance and inspires to do good for the society in whatever way we can. He said complete dedication and commitment towards the nation and party will make BJP return to power with thumping majority thus beginning second innings of serving masses in much better way.
He added that unlike past this is for the first time in the history of Jammu and Kashmir State that all Centrally sponsored schemes are being implemented here without any pilferage. Unlike past where even Congress stalwarts admitted that only ten out of a hundred paise reach deserving, in BJP rule people witnessed complete transparency and accountability.
Appreciating the move of Defence Ministry to transfer over seven acres of land for construction of Kendriya Vidyalaya in Udhampur are one example where BJP workers or common people could be sure of sincerity of Union Government in developing remotest areas and providing people quality education.
District president, Prem Nath Dogra said nation with the professional commitment, honesty & dedication of Indian Army is strong and ready to meet any challenge. He asked party functionaries and workers to gear up for 2019 elections. Asking them to use all platforms including social media to reach masses, Dogra said programmes and policies of Union Government should be highlighted in right perspective so that deserving could reap their benefits.
