JAMMU, Aug 27: The two- day Management Development Program for IOCL dealers, under the project “DISHA”, concluded today at the Business School, University of Jammu.
Hari Anupam, Senior Divisional Retail Sales Manager, IOCL, presided over the valedictory function. A total of 27 IOCL dealers participated in the two- day program that witnessed interactive sessions by some highly skilled resource persons, who are acclaimed experts in their respective fields viz., Varun Sharma from Reliance Jio; Neetu Dhar from Skill Arcade; Geetika Kohli HR Maruti Udyog Ltd.; Prof Alka Sharma & Prof Vinay Chauhan from The Business School, JU; Sarbarinder Singh, Enterprise Sales, Aircel Ltd; and CA Vinay Jamwal, Managing Partner, VAK & Associates.
The main focus of the MDP was to provide hands on training on implementation of various management aspects directed at achieving the said objectives of the training for IOCL Dealers.
Prof B C Sharma, Director TBS, JU, presented closing address while Hari Anupam, SDRSM at IOCL, in his presidential remarks, emphasized on the need and importance of conducting such programmes.
