Srinagar, Jan 23: Police today said a man who was injured in a road mishap in South Kashmir’s Awantipora area of Pulwama district succumbed at a hospital here.
A police spokesman said Ghulam Hassan Ganaie was hit and injured by a vehicle on National highway at Kaigam in Awantipora on January 9.
“He was shifted to SKIMS, Soura for treatment where he succumbed yesterday evening. In this regard a case stands already registered in Police Station Awantipora and investigation is on,” the spokesmna added.
