DODA, Mar 14: Prem Nagar police arrested a man along with illicit liquor pouches.
As per police sources, during checking near Link Road Grid Station Prem Nagar, a person was apprehended with 38 pouches of illicit liquor.
The accused has been identified as Kuldeep Kumar, son of Chuni Lal, a resident Pranoo, Tehsil Bhalla, at present Thathri.
A case under FIR Number 16/17 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Thathri police station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Prem Nagar police post SI Sunil Parihar made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Thathri Vinay Parihar, SDPO Bhaderwah Brijesh Sharma, Additional SP Bhaderwah Shaazad Salaria and SSP Doda Mohammad Shabir.
