JAMMU, Jan 12: A man was today found hanging in his rented accommodation at Paloura area of city outskirts.
According to a police official, a man identified as Surinder Kumar (40) son of Ravi Dass, resident of Bihar (at present residing in Paloura, Jammu), was found hanging this afternoon from his rented room in Paloura area.
He said that the body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu and postmortem on it will be conducted tomorrow. “No suicide note recovered from the spot”, he said, adding, in this connection, inquest proceedings under 174 CrPC were initiated at police station Domana.
