JAMMU, May 2: A man was injured today in Bishnah area after he was attacked with a knife by some miscreant.
According to a police spokesman, one Narinder Kumar son of late Chaman Lal, a resident of Bishnah was attacked upon by one Naresh Kumar son of Durga Dass, a resident of Khanal, Tehsil Bishnah with a knife and Narinder Kumar sustained minor injuries on his forehead.
He was taken to nearby hospital, where after providing first aid case he was discharged. “In this connection, a case FIR no 46/2016 under Section 341/323 RPC 4/25 Arms act was registered at police station Bishnah and efforts were on to nab the accused, who was absconding”, the spokesman added.
