KATHUA, May 6: Nagri police arrested a man and recovered 50 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Nagri Police Post arrested a man along with 40 pouches of illicit liquor.
The accused has been identified as Jai Kumar alias Sonu, son of Vijay Kumar, a resident of Mirpur Jagoo, tehsil Nagri.
A case under FIR Number 154/18 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Kathua Police Station and investigation started.
