JAMMU, Dec 6: Bahu Fort police arrested a man and recovered two kilograms of ganja from his possession.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Bahu Fort Police Station laid a naka at Ward Number 4 Narwal and arrested a man along with two kilograms of ganja.
The arrested person has been identified as Rajesh Kumar, son of Moti Lal, a resident of Chattisgarh, presently residing in Sunjwan.
A case under FIR Number 283/17 under Section 8/20 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered at Bahu Fort Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Bahu Fort Parvez Sajjad and assisted by Incharge Narwal Police Post SI Vikram Manhas made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO East Arun Jamwal and SP South Sandeep Choudhary.
