JAMMU, Dec 31: The dead body of an unidentified man of age about 60 years, which was recovered on December 29 from Jewel area of Jammu, is still lying unidentified in mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu
According to a police official, the dead body of a man appears to be a beggar was spotted on morning of December 29 by some passersby under the flyover near police station Nowabad. He said that the dead body was shifted to mortuary room of the Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification and post mortem, where is still lying unidentified.
“In this connection, inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPc had already been initiated in police station Nowabad”, he added.
