NEW DELHI, Dec 15: Maize softened by Rs 10 per quintal in an otherwise steady wholesale grains market today due to muted demand from consuming industries.
However, other grains remained flat in thin trade.
Traders said tepid demand from consuming industries mainly weighed on maize prices.
In the national capital, maize shed Rs 10 to Rs 1,300- 1,305 per quintal.
