JAMMU, June 6: Mahant Manjeet Singh of Dera Nangali Sahib inaugurated newly constructed complex on ground floor of Gurdwara Nanak Nagar (Sector 14), here the other day.
In this connection a religious function was organised by the Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and community members. A large number of devotees participated on this occasion. `Shabad Kirtan’ was recited by Ragi Jatha of Digiana Ashram.
While speaking on the occasion, Mahant Manjeet Singh appreciated the efforts of Sangat and Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and said that this newly constructed `Guru Darbar’ shall definitely benefit to all the community members and especially old persons without any caste and creed.
Dr Surjit Singh Raina, general secretary also spoke on the occasion. A memento was presented to Mahant Manjeet Singh Ji by Jagmohan Singh, president, on behalf of Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee. A community ‘Langar’ was also arranged for the devotees on the occasion.
