BANIHAL, Dec 29: Lone Cricket Club Banihal won annual Balbir Singh Memorial Brotherhood Cricket Tournament by registering 38 runs win over Ramsu Cricket Club in a final match played at Arshad Wani Memorial local Cricket Stadium Ramsu, near here.
It was the ninth annual edition of the cricket tournament, wherein 32 teams of different areas of district Ramban participated.
Batting first, Lone Cricket Club Banihal set a target of 121 runs in 15 overs.
In reply, Ramsoo Cricket Club collapsed at 82 runs in 14.2 overs. Mohammad Amir of Lone Club Banihal was adjudged as Man of the Match for scoring 38 runs and taking three important wickets for his team. The prizes worth Rs 30,000 were distributed among the winners and runners-up teams.
