JAMMU, Dec 12: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Vinod Chatterji Koul has awarded rigorous life-imprisonment and fine of Rs 50,000 to six persons in a murder case.
These persons are Gurdev Singh, son of Dayal Singh of Ranibagh, Ravinder Singh, son of Hazara Singh of Chatta Farm, Gurdeep Singh, son of Ranjeet Singh of Upper Gadhigarh, Manpal Singh, son of Sadhu Singh of Upper Gadhigarh, Harpreet Singh of Deshmesh Nagar Digiana and Pankaj Sharma of Ajeet Nagar.
They were booked under Sections 302/201/34 RPC and 3/25/27 Arms Act.
