SAMBA, Mar 3: Principal Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur, SSP, Ashok Kumar organized a lecture on “Discipline and Enquires” at PTTI Vijaypur today for the awareness of the officers, staff and trainees.
RC Gupta, Deputy Secretary (Legal) GAD (Retd) was invited as guest speaker on the occasion.
Ashok Kumar in his inaugural address said that RC Gupta during his service career has also served as Registrar Competent Authority Entrance Examinations J&K, Secretary J&K Backward Classes Commission, Secretary MBBS Commission J&K. He has been awarded different prestigious service medals and commendation certificates including Gold Medal on Independence Day 1992, for his meritorious services. RC Gupta is the author of various Law books including Service Laws, Manual of Reservation, Rights of Women of J&K and India, Secretariat Manual. Principal advised the officers, staff and trainees to get the benefit of vast experience of the speaker through his deliberations.
RC Gupta who is known for his distinguished services in the J&K Government while addressing the police officers, staff and trainees shared his valuable experiences on the relevant topic and threw light on various rules laid down in the law books with regard to discipline and enquiries.
On the occasion, Gupta also presented the books written by him to Principal PTTI Vijaypur for adding the same to the PTTI Library stock.
