JAMMU, Jan 27: The Upper House today took up a bill moved by Congress Member Naresh Kumar Gupta ‘to provide for operation and regulation of banquet halls and farm houses in the State and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto’.
The bill was withdrawn after satisfactory reply by the Minister of State for Health, Social Welfare and Housing & Urban Development, Asiea Naqash.
