JAMMU, Feb 1: Minister for Finance Dr. Haseeb Drabu today moved two bills in the Upper House for consideration and return.
The Minister moved a “ Bill to authorize payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the consolidated fund of the Jammu and Kashmir State for the services of the financial year 2016-2017(LA Bill No.3 of 2017) as passed by the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.
The Minister also moved a “Bill to provide for the withdrawal of certain sums from and out of the consolidated fund of the Jammu and Kashmir State for the services of the financial year 2017-2018 (LA Bill No.4 of 2017) as passed by the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.
The House adopted the bills and later passed by voice vote.
