JAMMU, Mar 7: A delegation of Ladakh Buddhist Association (LBA) and All Ladakh Gonpa Association (LGA) met Dalai Lama at Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh today.
The delegation led by LBA President Tsewang Thinles, LGA President Shedup Chamba, LBA Vice Presidents, Rinchen Namgyal and PT Kunzang, General Secretary Sonam Dawa and CWC member Lobzang Stanba requested Dalai Lama to visit Ladakh in the coming summer. Dalai Lama assured them that he will try his best to visit Ladakh.
It is worth to mention here that Dalai Lama, the embodiment and personification of compassion and loving kindness makes a visit to Ladakh once in year for summer retreat.
