JAMMU, Apr 14: Lakshay Cricket Academy Udhampur defeated Rising Cricket Academy Udhampur by 42 runs in the Happy New Year Cup Under-14 Cricket Tournament, being organized by Mayank Goswami Cricket Academy at its ground, here.
Batting first, Lakshya Cricket Academy scored a modest total of 113 runs. Dhruv top scored with 19 runs, while Agaste and Aditya contributed 17 and 13 runs respectively. For Rising CA, Avinash and Udhay Pratap took 2 wickets each, while Ankit claimed one wicket.
In reply, Rising CA bundled out for 71 runs. Kanav and Avinash contributed 12 runs each, while Satvik chipped in with 9 runs. For Lakshya CA, Agaste bagged 2 wickets, while Dhruv and Ashim claimed one wicket each. Dhruv was declared as mn of the match.
