In a statement issued here, today the president of Committee Vijay Kaul said that even after half of month of April has passed away the migrants have not received the cash assistance and ration of March when the same was to be released in the first week of the month.
He said the condition of relief holders has become miserable that some of them who are on medication are not in a position to purchase the medicines as they are totally out of pockets.
