I appeal earnestly to the farming community that every farmer whether big, marginal or small should be a KCC holder.
KCC brings an identification to the farmer that he is really a farmer. The Central Govt has announced that every farmer of the country should be a KCC holder. In this fast changing world I think that every thing will be associated with KCC regarding Kissan Fasal Yojna, subsidies etc. Govt has not made it mandatory that KCC holder should get loan by all means. It is upto the farmer whether he is interested to get the loan or not. But the scheme only signifies that farmer should be a KCC holder. So once again I request the farmers to come forward for the scheme in their best interest.
