KCIS conducts Hindi Essay Competition

JAMMU, Sept 17: The Department of Hindi conducted Hindi Essay Competition for the classes IVth to Xth, here today.
The theme for the sub junior category was Importance of festivals (tyoharo ka Mahatv), while for juniors it was- Importance of Hard work (Shram ka Mahatv). For seniors the theme was the Changing Image of India (Bharat ka badalta  swaroop).
The students were judged on two levels-Intra class wise and overall class wise. Three best performers were selected from each section.
The list of best performers included Bhurva Pandit, Manya Anand, Apurva Raina (All Class IVth); Rijul Jain, Aashna Sharma, Aneesh Sharma (All Class Vth); Akshra Gupta, Sanya Mahajan, Ridhi Mahajan (Class VIth); Amaan-Ul-Hassan, Anirudh, Shaumik Gupta (All Class VIIth); Vridhi Jain, Naqshab Agnihotri, Ojasvi Sharma (Class VIIIth); Paras Raina, Akriti Raina, Jagpreet Singh (Class IXth); Kavisha, Aqsa Ilyaas, Abhirash Sharma (Class Xth).
The Principal Dr Ravi Bhushan lauded the efforts of the students for their excellence.
