JAMMU, July 3: KC Sports Club (KCSC) registered 50 runs win over Manorama Friends Cricket Club (MFCC) in the league match and sailed into next round of the ongoing Chevrolet Cricket Cup, being played at KC Public School cricket ground here today.
Batting first, KCSC set a huge target of 178 runs in 20 overs. Suryansh played a splendid inning of 72 runs, whereas Pranav also contributed with 64 runs.
From MFCC side, KK and Abhi took one wicket apiece.
In reply, MFCC failed to chase the target and were bundled out at 123 runs in 20 over. Anshul scored 20 runs and Rishab made 15 runs.
From KCSC side Rohit scalped 3 wickets and Vivek took 2 wickets.
Suryansh of KC Sports Club was declared as man of the match and was awarded with Westside coupon worth Rs 500.
The match was officiated by Abhijot Singh Bedi, Shankar and Honey Chib.
