SUNDERBANI, May 13: Third District Rajouri Karate Championship was organized by Armateur Karate in collaboration with chief coach and chairman of Universal Martial Art Club Sunderbani, Charan Singh Slathia at BP World Play Way School, here.
around 200 Karatekas participated in this Championship, out of which 64 players got medals, with 18 gold medals.
The students drawn from different schools of district Rajouri participated in the Championship and the schools included BP World Play Way School Sunderbani, Model Academy Kalideh Sunderbani, Harsh Niketan School Sunderbani, New Public High School Sunderbani, Mother Shadow School Nowshera, Raja New Light School Sunderbani and Delhi Public School Rajouri.
The chief guest of this Championship was Child Development Protection Officer (CDPO) Sunderbani, Sudhir Bali.
Instructors of Martial Art namely Dheeraj Singh, Sumit Chasyal, Neeraj Sharma, Menal Sharma, Ajmet Babi, National Player & Chairman of United Martial Art Academy Rajouri, Yasmeen Kosser and First Degree Black of Kick Boxing Martial Art Zorawar Singh were present on the occasion.
Finally, the chief guest distributed medals among the winners and mementoes among the instructors and media persons on the occasion.
