JAMMU, May 19: Wicket-keeper batsman, Kanhaiya Wadhawan and all-rounder Mujtaba Yousuf of Jammu and Kashmir have been selected for Zonal Cricket Academy (ZCA) Camp to be held at PCA Stadium, Mohali from May 22, 2017.
Representing J&K in Under-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy, Kanhaiya had scored 295 runs emerging top run getter in India among the wicket-keepers, including a century and a fifty, besides having 11 dismissals behind the wickets.
Mujtaba got the selectors nod for scoring 160 runs and taking 9 wickets in the tournament.
Kanhaiya is the trainee of Sports Council Cricket Coach, Randhir Singh Manhas.
Abdul Samad has been named 1st Standby for the Camp.
