JAMMU, Nov 9: To pick the team for Jr National Kabaddi Championship, Jammu and Kashmir ‘Amateur Kabaddi Association in collaboration with J&K State Sports Council, will be holding selection trials from November 10 to November 12, 2013 at Green Field Gandhi Nagar, here.
According to Kuldeep Kumar Gupta, general secretary of the Association, all the affiliated units/districts/clubs of the Association are directed to send their registered players for trial at Green Field Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
He said the trials will be conducted under NIS kabaddi coaches Ankush Gupta and Anil Sharma, adding that the eligibility of age for junior boys and girls is below-20 years and born on or after January 1, 1994. With below 65 kg weight for boys and 60 kg for girls.
The trials will be followed by the coaching camp to be held at Kabaddi Stadium in the premises of MA Stadium, Gupta added.
