JWAM demands completion of developmental works in Jammu

JAMMU, July 9: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) President, Sunil Dimple has appealed to the Governor N.N Vohra to get start the work of Jammu smart city along with other developmental works.
In a press conference here today Dimple also demanded the start of work on the projects like Rehari Chungi-Jewel Chowk Flyovers, Ring Road, work on Tawi Artificial Lake and Akhnoor Chenab Drinking Water Project.
Dimple hailed the statement of senior BJP leader Ram Madhv to go ahead with the Governor Rule in the State.
He asked the Governor to dissolve the State Assembly and added that the Home Minister, Raj Nath Singh, BJP President Amit Shah and Ram Madav have themselves admitted that no development took place in Jammu region.
He appealed to the Governor to get all the halted works done departmentally and cancel the previous contracts.
He further said that MLAs of Jammu city particularly of the West Assembly Constituency did no development in the last three years.
Dimple further demanded parking spots and JMC lights on main roads.
JWAM leaders Harbans Tandon, Ram Kapoor, Chaman Pawar and Rakesh Pandoh were also present in the press conference.
