JAMMU, Oct 30: Gandhi Nagar police arrested a juvenile and recovered 18 stolen batteries from his possession.
As per police sources, police party from Gandhi Nagar police station arrested a 14-year-old boy for his involvement in the theft cases.
The juvenile has been identified as Vishal Kumar (15), son of Subash Chander of Suryachack, Phylian Mandial. On his disclosure, police recovered 18 stolen batteries.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Gandhi Nagar police station and investigation started to arrest his associates. More recoveries are likely to be made in near future.
Police team led by SHO Gandhi Nagar police station Paramjeet Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Gandhi Nagar Harjeet Singh and SP South Rahul Malik.
