JAMMU, Mar 15: University of Jammu Roll Ball (Women) team won 3rd place and got bronze medal in the All India Inter-University Roll Ball (Women) Championship 2016-17 held at Punjab University, Chandigarh recently.
The team comprised of Ankita Chopra (Captain), Ananya Khajuria, Suvidha Sarin, Roopam Kaur, Kamakshi Pandoh, Neevidita Rometra, Niharika Dubey, Prabdeep Kour, Kavneet Kour and Garvita Gupta.
Sumit Kumar Khajuria, Chandan Sharma and Prableen Kour accompanied the team ad officials. Prof Avtar Singh Jasrotia, Director, Directorate of Sports & Physical Education, University of Jammu lauded the efforts of the players and officials for this achievement.
