JU thrashes KU by 5-1 in NZ Inter-University Hockey C’ship

JAMMU, Dec 29: The University of Jammu Hockey (men) team thrashed University of Kashmir by five goals to one (5-1) in the ongoing North Zone Inter-University Hockey (men) Tournament 2017-18, being held at the Punjab University Chandigarh (Punjab) in the match played today.
Tarvinderpal Singh and Ramandeep Singh scored two field goals each for the Jammu University team and Gurpreet Singh converted a penalty corner into a goal and scored the fifth goal for the team.
Jammu University team will take on Kamaun University, Nanital (Uttarkhand) in the match to be played tomorrow
