JTC to take responsibilities of late Nancy Koul’s children

JAMMU, Dec 26: Jagti Tenement Committee today decided to take all responsibilities of the orphan children of late Nancy Koul, who breathed her last few days back at her native village Levdoora Qazigund in district Anantnag, leaving behind her four children helpless.
The decision was taken today during a meeting of the JTC and SKF held under the chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita, president, JTC-SKF.  During the meeting, the participants unanimously resolved that in order to save the orphans of the late Nancy Koul, JTC will take all their responsibilities from their livelihood to education.
In this connection, the participants appealed the Government to shift the orphans of late Nancy Koul to Jagti township and handover them to JTC for ensuring their good upbringing. They said that JTC is committed for their suitable accommodation and all other expenses required for their welfare and upliftment to make them stand upon their own feet.
