JTC demands issuance of ration books

JAMMU, Mar 17: A joint meeting of Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) was held under the chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita at Jagti township today.
In the meeting grave concern was expressed over deferment of issuance of RBA certificates to the Kashmiri Pandits hailing from Valley and leading an exiled life at Jammu and other parts of country for last 28 years.
Pandits urged the Relief organization to expedite issuance of ration slip books for the current year 2017 -18 in favour of relief holders. He also demanded that the Government should review the previous decision regarding deferring the issuance of RBA certificates to Kashmiri migrants, start process for advertisement of remaining posts under PM package besides advertising 1000 class fourth posts for migrant youth, enhance the monthly relief to Rs 25000 and release  the balance ex-gratia relief to the migrants.
