JAMMU, Oct 17: To intensify the ongoing fogging drive, Jammu Municipal Corporation today covered areas of Paloura Toph, Janipur, Toph Sherkhania, Old City, Nanak Nagar, Shaheedhi Chowk, Jewel, Dogra Chowk, etc.

The drive was launched by Rajesh Sharma, Joint Commissioner (A), JMC in coordination with Anti-Malaria Wing of Health Department, Jammu. Sufficient number of men and machinery was deployed by Health & Sanitation Wing/Transport Wing of JMC for the drive.
The Joint Commissioner (A) JMC appealed the public in general to cooperate with Jammu Municipal Corporation in keeping Jammu Clean and Green and also avoid accumulation of water so that dengue can be eradicated completely.
Among others, Chief Transport Officer, Tarik Raina, Health Officer, Dr Anita Salgotra, Sanitation Officers, Transport officers and staff of Anti Malaria Department were also present during the drive.
