SRINAGAR, Feb 18: Force Green Students (FGS) wing of JKPA has raised serious concerns on the growing violence after the Pulwama attack and asked the Government of India (GoI) to ensure safety and security of Kashmiri students and traders outside the State.
While expressing anger on thrashing and harassing of Kashmiri students and traders in various parts of the country, Raqif Makhdoomi, president, Force Green Students wing said, “I have in the previous statement asked Government of India to ensure safety and security of Kashmiri traders and students but it seems as if they have no interest in safe guarding them”.
“It’s really unfortunate to see Kashmiri’s getting beaten and harassed for something they never did”, said Raqif Makhdoomi and asked Kashmiri students studying in different parts of India not to indulge in any sort of arguments with anyone and make sure to move in groups and not to roam around unnecessarily.
