Similarly, border residents were facing the wrath of heavy Pak shelling and firing who were persistently denied plots measuring 5 marlas at safer zones. He said that the State coffers remained dry for the families of the martyrs who laid down their precious lives while serving the Motherland.
Taking the jibe at the BJP for betraying the Jammu youth, he said the 85% selections to Government jobs in PSC and SSB went to the youth of the valley and the youth of Jammu was made to content with rest 15%.
Moreover, the underemployed youth were languishing in open for regularization of their services. He said that the latest example of discrimination came to fore when the GoI enhanced only 13 PG seats in Medical College Jammu while 57 seats went to Kashmir valley.
