RAJOURI, Oct 1: J&K Grameen Bank (JKGB) under the chairmanship of RK Chhibber organized a promotional campaign at Shrine Shahdara Sharief on the occasion of Urs celebration of “Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah”.
Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti also graced the occasion. Haj Minister, Farooq Ahmad Andrabi, also visited the stall of the bank. Abdul Qayoom Dar (Retired SP) was the chief guest on the occasion.
The programme was organized by MF&FI Department in coordination with the Area Office Rajouri and Branch Office Shahdara in order to promote various schemes and products offered by the bank.
Speaking on the occasion, Vipan Gupta, Senior Manager, MF&FI, JKGB, spoke at length about the ongoing JKGB Festival Bonanza with a special offer of rebate in rate of interest of 0.5% for two wheeler loans for females, no processing charges on car, housing and two wheeler loans.
They were further informed about the benefits of social security schemes named (PMJJBY) Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, (PMSBY) Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana and (APY) Atal Pension Yojana.
RK Narang, Area Manager, Rajouri and Poonch, informed the people regarding various IT products like RuPay cards, SMS Alerts, NEFT/ RTGS and Immediate Payment services (IMPS).
