JAMMU, Sept 17: The Jammu wing of Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association is holding selection trial camps for the already shortlisted Ranji Trophy, Under-23 and Under-19 probables here from tomorrow.
The camps for Ranji trophy and Under-23 probables will be held at GGM Science College, Hostel Ground from 3:30 pm onwards, while the camp for Under-19 probables will be held from 3.30 pm onwards at M A Stadium.
According to a handout issued here, the organisers have also invited the players from other districts desirous to take part in the trials.
The Ranji Trophy probables will have to report at Hostel Ground to Ajay Bhatti, coach while A D S Manhas and Vivek Sharma will be selectors.
The Under-23 probables will have to report to Ajay Vaid, coach while Surjeet Singh (Shanty) and Randhir Singh Jamwal will be selectors.
The Under-19 probables will have to report at M A Stadium to Randhir Singh Manhas (Rajan) coach-cum-selector and Ravinder Singh will be the other selector.
Vinod Kumar Sharma, former Ranji Trophy Player will be chairman, Senior Selection Committee, JKCA.
The Camp is being organised by the office bearers of Jammu wing, so no other camp will be assumed as legal.
The office bearers of JKCA Jammu wing including joint secretary Sudershan Mehta and vice chairman, Rakesh Kumar have advised the cricketers not to fall in rumours and concentrate on cricket and cricketing activities only.
They further informed that the camps for junior cricketers and women categories will be announced shortly.
Ranji Trophy probables: Bandeep Singh, Hardeep Singh,Raman Dutta, Aditya Partap Singh, Ram Dayal, Manik Gupta, Raman Thaploo (WK), Manish Dogra (WK), Manik Gupta, Parveen Singh, Pranav Gupta, Rohit Bhat, Rahil Singh, Vimarsh Kaw, Sahil Bhalwal, Vijay Kumar Dogra, Inderjeet Singh,Dilbagh Singh, Dhruv Mahajan, Sameer Khajuria, Raman Thaploo, Shashi Kumar, Anoop Magotra and Paras Sharma.
