JAMMU, Jan 30: The J&K Under-19 Football Team defeated Nagaland by four goals to nil (4-0) at Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh.
The scorers for J&K were Shafqat, who netted 2 goals, while Pankaj and Ravi Bahdur scored one goal each.
J&K will play second and third pool matches against Tripura and Chhattisgarh on February 2 and February 5, 2016 respectively.
Meanwhile, J&K Under-16 Football team left for Delhi for taking part in National Sub-Junior Football Championship starting from February 1, 2016.
