JAMMU, Nov 6: The Sub-Junior State Kabaddi teams in boys & girls sections left for National Championship to be held at Jharkhand from upto November 7, 2017.
The State teams will participate under the banner of J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association and J&K State Sports Council.
This was informed by the General Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association, Surinder Mohan Gupta in a statement issued here today.
He said, Anil Gupta, President J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association distributed sports kits among the selected players in the presence of Kuldeep Kumar Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, Sangram Singh, Treasurer, Rakesh Kumar, Sanjeet Kumar, Anil Sharma, Sports Council Coach Punam Jamwal and Rattan Lal (Kabaddi Trainers).
The State team in boys’ section include Amandeep Singh (Captain), Sahil Mehra, Rahul Kumar, Vishal Kumar, Ahan, Sidhant Singh and Ashish Kumar Kathmaria, Ubaid Ahmad Dar, Varun Verma, Vipan Jamwal, Narinder Singh and Shubham Sharma. Sanjeet Kumar is the Manager and Rattan Singh as the Coach.
The State team in girls’ section includes Priya Bhat (Captain), Shambhavi Nagar, Ruchika Singh, Aatika Latif, Preeti Bhat, Lisha Rana, Prinka Devi, Nageeta Kumari, Pragati Sharma, Vanshika, Sanghavi Sharma and Hemani Slathia.
Rakesh Kumar is the Manager and Punam Jamwal as the coach.
