JK Montessorie British School holds Inter-School competition

JAMMU, Dec 7: An Inter School fest was organized for pre-primary and primary classes with great enthusiasm, interest and zeal at JK Montessorie British School here today.
The participating schools included Apple Kids, Co-operative Public School, DRS Kids, Flower Kids, Kids Heaven, Sarvodhya Public School, Shemrock Paloura and SNS Vidya Mandir.
The objective of the competition was to enhance communication skills and creativity among the students.
Different types of sports activities like bean bag race, lemon and spoon race, sack race, three legged race, fancy dress and story telling competition were organized.
All the participants were good at conceptual, creativity and communication skills and judged on the basis of intonation, expression, pronunciation and dictation.
From class Nursery (Bean bag race) 1st position was bagged by Pranav of Apple Kidz School, 2nd position was secured by Ananya of Flower Kids school and 3rd prize went to Ritika of Co-operative school.
From class LKG (Fancy dress), the 1st position was secured by Flower Kids school, 2nd prize went to DRS Public school and 3rd position was secured by Shemrock Poloura School.
From class UKG (Lemon & Spoon race), the 1st position was bagged by Kanha of JK Montessorie Sr Secondary School, 2nd position was bagged by Udhay of Star Kids Public School and the 3rd position was claimed by Mohit of Sarvodya Public School respectively.
In class 2nd (three leg race), 1st position was secured by Janvi and Viraj of SNS Vidhya Mandir School, 2nd position was baggad by Soham and Keshav of Sarvodhya Public School and the 3rd position went to Yashbind and Ayushman of JKMS school respectively.
From class 3rd (story telling), the 1st position was clinched by JKMS school, the 2nd position was secured by Sarvodhya Public school and the 3rd position was won by SNS Vidhya Mandir school.
The management distributed prizes among the winners on the occasion.
