UDHAMPUR, Nov 19: Hundreds of inhabitants of village Jib and adjoining areas are suffering for the last one year due to extremely bad condition of the road, which is ridden with big potholes and requires black topping.
Villagers of Jib Majalta, Padanoo, Manmala, Nili Nallah, Bal Nagar, Mongraly Ashram, Bdola, Kambal Danga use this road, which links them to Katra. A three kilometer of this MES road from Jib Morh to Jib Chowk is in worst condition.
Alleging no action by the district administration and MES authorities to repaired the road and improve its condition, locals of village Jib and adjoining area also held a protest demonstration today. They raised slogans against the district administration as well as MES authorities and demanding black topping of this road.
