Jammu West to have Mini Stadium, Public Park soon: Sat Sharma

JAMMU, Sept 27: In order to give a major fillip to the infrastructure and coping up with the reqyuirements of the public, State vice president BJP and MLA Jammu West, Sat Sharma, alongwith Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Simrandeep Singh toured various spots of Jammu West and located land for construction of a Mini Stadium and a fully equipped Public Park in the Constituency.
While addressing the media persons, Mr Sharma appreciated the efforts of DC Jammu for looking into the matter early so that necessary works could be started on the lands soon in order to provide better services to the masses of not only the Constituency, but the residents of Jammu too.
The team visited the locations which included land adjacent to 4th Tawi Bridge, Bhagwati Nagar for a Mini Stadium in Ward Number 14, and land at Gole Panj Peer in Ward Number 32 and JDA land at Shant Nagar area of Ward Number 39 near Ram Sharnam Ashram.
Simrandeep said that locations identified for the purpose have been seen and soon after talking with experts, the works will be taken up in the areas in order to provide better assistance to the masses.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Parmodh Kapahi, Ayodhya Gupta, Praduman Singh, Surinder Choudhary, Rakesh Mishra, Karan Sat Sharma, Sahil Gupta, Atul Bakshi, Sat pal Khajuria, Sourav Gupta, Ashwani and Ankush Sharma.
