JAMMU, Mar 25: Three days Jammu District Wushu Championship commenced at Ashoka New Diamond Hotel, here today.
275 players from different schools and clubs are taking part in the Championship.
Kuldeep Handoo, Chief Coach of India was the chief guest on the occasion, who lauded the efforts of District Jammu Wushu Association for organising the Championship in a befitting manner.
He also thanked J&K State Sports Council for extending support and assistance.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Kamal Kishore, District Jammu General Secretary, Rajinder Singh, Abhishek Singh Jamwal, Rohit Thakyal, Atul Sharma, .Haqeek Ahmed, Aiyush Sharma, Aman Singh, Ankit and Tanshiv.
The closing ceremony of the championship will be held tomorrow at 3 pm.
