Jammu civil society demands CBI probe into Rassana case

JAMMU, Apr 23: Continuing his campaign in demanding CBI enquiry into  Rassana kidnapping and murder case, former Forest Minister and senior BJP leader Choudhary Lal Singh appealed the people of the State to extend full support and raise voice for conducting CBI enquiry into Rassana murder and kidnapping case of 8-year old innocent girl to unravel the facts.
Former Forest Minister and senior BJP leader Ch Lal Singh while addressing a large gathering   of civil society of Jammu city at Mahajan Sabha said that it is the duty of every person of the State to raise voice and fight of ground reality of the incident caused at Hiranagar over three and half month.
Former R&B Minister  and Dogra Sadar Sabha president Gulchain Singh Charak,  president Rajput Sabha Th. Narayan Singh, senior BJP leader Aditi Sharma, traders of Raghunath Bazar, City Chowk, Parade, Peer Mitha, Lakhdata Bazar and other senior BJP leaders and prominent citizens in large number extended full support to Ch Lal Singh for CBI enquiry into  Rassana murder and kidnapping case.
They assured the former minister that the people of city are with him for this noble cause. They raised slogans in the support of former Forest Minister Ch Lal Singh and said “Choudhary Sahib Aagay Badoo, Hum Aapke Saath Hain” and demanded CBI enquiry into the Rassana murder case.
The civil society members appealed the Government to hand over the case to CBI for fair enquiry and punish the real culprit behind such heinous crime.
Meanwhile, Dogra Brahman Peratinidhi Sabha, in its meeting held under the chairmanship of Ved Parkash Sharma (president), at Parade Ground,  demanded CBI probe into Rassana kidnapping and murder case and said that people were not satisfied with the Crime Branch investigation.
