Jagti youth discuss demands

JAMMU, Mar 19: The youth of Jagti township held a meeting under the chairmanship of Rajinder Dhar, today, highlighting their several demands.
The speakers in the meeting urged the present coalition Government to issue immediate orders for necessary repairs, white wash and colouring of Government flats at Jagti township, as the condition of building blocks is deteriorating due to non-adherence by the State Government.
It was also urged upon the Government to complete the incomplete work of stadium and to allocate funds for hospital where doctors are not available after 4.00 pm. They also said that there was even scarcity of necessary articles in the hospital like medicines, instruments, equipments and machinery in said premises.
The speakers in the meeting demanded on the spot recruitment for migrant youth in Police. They also called for immediate orders to fill up the posts remaining in the Prime Minister’s package quota.
Others present in the meeting were Naveen Gosani, Akshay Koul, Vinod Zutshi, Tej Krishan, Rahul Raina Shobin, Akshay Bhat and Vicky Labroo.
