NEW DELHI, Jan 21: There was no change in the pattern of trading as gur prices moved in a tight range on little doing and settled around previous closing.
Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets also settled at last levels on low business activities.
Marketmen said sporadic buying coupled with sufficient stocks position, managed to hold gur prices at overnight levels.
Following are today’s rates (in Rs per quintal):
Gur chakku Rs 3,300-3,400, pedi Rs 3,400-3,500, dhayya Rs 3,600-3,700 and shakkar Rs 3,700-3,800.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs 2,650-2,700, chakku Rs 2,950-3,100, khurpa Rs 2,900-2,950 and Ladoo Rs 3,100-3,150.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,925-3,000 and dhayya Rs 3,000-3,050. (PTI)
